Rates and Insurance
Kathryn’s Rates
My fee is $225 for a 50-minute individual session and $275 for a 75-minute couples session. I am able to accept a limited number of clients on a sliding-scale basis, depending on your financial situation. During your free 15-minute phone consultation, I’m happy to discuss the specifics of this policy and your circumstances.
There is no difference between pricing for therapy versus coaching sessions. If you have questions about my rates and sliding scale policies, please contact me through email or the Contact Form below.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. When filling out your intake paperwork, you’ll be able to add your credit card information securely.
Fees will be due at the time of service.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel our session, please give me notice at least 48 hours beforehand. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged. If you want to reschedule a therapy session, contact me directly via email or text.
Insurance
I do not accept insurance as a network provider. However, I can provide a Superbill or statements for insurance reimbursement upon request. Please contact your insurance provider directly before beginning sessions to arrange out-of-network care and be sure to understand all risks associated with submitting to insurance.*

Superbills vs. Statements
A Superbill, also known as a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement, is a document that clinicians can give to their clients to be reimbursed by insurance payers. This document is similar to a statement, but it provides additional information such as CPT codes and primary diagnosis codes. I can provide either to therapy clients upon request.*
