Rates and Insurance
Kathryn’s Rates
My fee is $225 for a 50-minute individual session and $275 for a 75-minute couples session. I am able to accept a limited number of clients on a sliding-scale basis, depending on your financial situation. During your free 15-minute phone consultation, I’m happy to discuss the specifics of this policy and your circumstances.
There is no difference between pricing for therapy versus coaching sessions. If you have questions about my rates and sliding scale policies, please contact me through email or the Contact Form below.
Payment
I accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. When filling out your intake paperwork, you’ll be able to add your credit card information securely.
Fees will be due at the time of service.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel our session, please give me notice at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, the full session fee will be charged. If you want to reschedule a therapy session, contact me directly via email or text.

Out-of-Network Benefits
For individual therapy clients whose insurance plans are out-of-network, I am happy to provide superbills (statements for insurance reimbursement) upon request. Many clients choose to submit these to their insurance company and may receive partial reimbursement, depending on their individual out-of-network benefits.
Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan. I encourage you to check directly with your insurance provider to understand your specific benefits. I’m happy to provide the appropriate documentation for eligible services.

Superbills vs. Statements
A Superbill, also known as a Statement for Insurance Reimbursement, is a document that clinicians may provide to therapy clients to submit to insurance payers. Superbills include additional information such as CPT codes and diagnosis codes when required by the insurer.
• Superbills are available for individual therapy services only, when appropriate
• Superbills and insurance statements are not provided for couples therapy
• Superbills and statements are not provided for coaching services, which are non-clinical and not reimbursable by insurance
