Individual Therapy

My approach to individual therapy is centered on compassion, empathy, and respect. Working together as a team, we’ll identify your unique needs and life goals. I always aim to hold a judgment-free space where you can express your emotions freely, and expect both unconditional empathy  and attention.

Depending on your needs, I may provide more direct questions and practical suggestions or listen actively to your musings. My integrative therapy style allows me to switch between these methods comfortably, allowing us to better focus on your mental health goals and set the pace for each session. I may also encourage you to move your body and focus on breathing during therapy; many clients benefit from learning physical exercises to “tune” their bodies before a session.
